Mend Fiat Ducato Gear Going 2nd 3rd

boxer gear crunch?

I have a 2.2hdi boxer that has a slight crunch when going into 4th gear, only when going up from 2nd & 3rd. No noise when i go down from 5th. Only done 46000 miles. Any ideas
