My mocad 1 speed dial broke over a year ago and i only managed to get a new one this week, along with that i bought a new battery, i connnected it up and its stone dead, not even a noise from the motor, any suggestions?

you might find that one wheel is not actually driving any more and is just freewheeling. I found that the pin through the axle for the the left wheel had broken and once replaced both were driving as expected

when i had the same trouble i took the wheel off took out the clutch and turned it around. the clutch had been put in the wrong way in the factory.

Fit new clutch on one wheel. Wheel should free wheel forward and be stiff backwards if not NG
