Mend Rover 214si Central Locking Press

how can i fix my rover 214si (1996)?

my central door locking fuse keeps blowing when i press the unlock button on the fob this means i cant turn the imobeliser off please help i cant start my car

check plug connection to alarm system control module common fault for this problem its located under dash right hand side take bottom of dash off and get torch to access it by sight and check connected properly and no wires chaffed to it in harness
