i have lost all my instument panel ?

hi ihave lost all of my instument panel ie speedo ,rev counter ,open door light ,temp gauge and fuel gauge and mileage ,the car is a 2001 citroen zsara hdi ,was working ok until i changed lp pump in tank ,was checking to make sur i had a feed and have possible blown a fuse but i am unable to locate the correct fuse
