My Zanussi ZX99/5 appears to be cased in all around so there is at the rear no cooling grill nor drain tube nor anything laid bare and accessible.
There is a leak underneath at the right as I look at it so how do I check the drainage system ?
Hold everything ! I now think that the leak may be from plumbing behind the fridge that is no part of the fridge. So after I unload the fridge to move it, it may well turn out that I have raised a false alarm.
If so, I abjectly beg everyone's forgiveness.

there is a plastic panel across the bottom at the BACK with the fan built in.this unscrews and comes off to gain access.Be careful when removing panel that you don't pull the wiring off the fan!
