Mend Creda Menu 350 Electric Cooker Oven Element

Creda Menu 350 - replaced oven element, fan not working?

There was a problem with the bottom oven which tripped out all the electrics as soon as it was switched on. I have replaced the element and it now heats up and no shorting problem but the fan is not working. Any ideas? Could the element problem have taken the fan out too?
