Mend Jeep Cherokee Brake Light Fuse

brake light fuse ?

i have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee, when applying the break pedal, it pops the fuse in the fuse box. I replace the fuse many times. May have short or wire grounding out. Any idea where to begin looking, out of solutions.
