Mend Volkswagen Polo Air Water Help

no hot air?

hi can someone put me in right direction my vw polo has no hot air from heaters but all hoses and water ways are hot any help appreciated thanks in advance

as described in the question all water hoses etc are piping hot including the ones that go into bulk head for matrix thanks for answer anyway it appreciated

there is 2 pipes that go into the car from the engine 1 has a valve that opens and shuts when you turn your heater switch inside car depnding on your model year its either a cable operated or elec operated valve feel to see if pipe hot after valve entering car if not replace valve
