Mend Buttons Tv Green

The four coloured buttons?

My red (Anytime TV), green (Planner), yellow (Search A-Z) and bue (favourites) buttons won't respond/work when I press these buttons... does anyone please how do I get them to work?

Also i can't scroll up and down, left and right either. Help please
