Heating or hot water not working!?

Hi, I have a Worcester 24i RSF boiler, it was working fine yesterday. Turned on the water to have a shower this morning and no hot water. Tried to put the heating on and again no heating. The boiler sounds normal. After about an hour i tried again but no joy, there was however a small puddle of water under the boiler. There is also constant red light on at the front - not sure if this is normal. Can any please help?
