we cannot get the pilot lite to stay lit?

after isolating elecs,remove front cover to see if your getting a spark generated at the pilot itself if not need to clean surfaces to get one (check lead also). sounds like thermocouple
on way out(if thermocouple renewed boiler could be over heating thats why it keeps tripping out)
