Mend Daewoo Dvd Opens Problem

Daewoo DVD player disk drawer opens & closes rapidly?

How do I get the DVD drawer on my Daewoo DVD player to stay open long enough to insert a disk into it? It opens and closes before you can insert the disk.

I have the same problem on an Emachines 420 PC. My CD-RW keeps opening and closing frequently. I think it is something to do with the mechnasim in the drive, however I would not get round to it. Just insert your disc when you get the chance.
