Mend Corvec Britony 2 Water Leak Fine

leaking water heater which is a corvec britony 2 a?

i've got a leak on the heater which is above the water section the water is coming out of what looks like a drainhole? heater still working fine but how do i stop the water leaking out, is it a diaphram problem or something else?
