renaultmegane windows in ireland?

has anyone in ireland approached renault head office about window regulators?.I have had 2 replaced and now the drivers window won't open.The other 2 were replaced under warranty but now it has expired renault will not accept responsiblility. I have called renault head office but they won't return my call.
