Mend Diplomat Flashing Dishwasher Filter

1st and 5th light flashing - Diplomat Dishwasher?

I have a Diplomat Dishwasher which start to leave debri over everything so I look out the fliter and the arm off and cleaned these. Now I have used the dishwaser it got stuck after a few mins and filled with water, I have managed to get rid of the water, I followed the instruction to reset by dont think I am doing it right I have the 1st light on permently and the 5th light is flash, anyone know what to do next??
