Mend Briggs & Stratton 23H.P. Intek Choke Dies Starts

B&S 23 H.P. V-twin Intek. choke out,starts. chk. in, dies?

My B&S V-twin starts w/choke handle all the way out.
It sputters & dies w/choke handle pushed in. I cleaned
flywheel,coils,new plugs. It has spark. Removed & cleaned out float bowl, it was dirty. Mower HAS been sitting for about 9 months. Any suggestions? Thank You.

You still have muck in the carb jets, fuel goes stale after a very short time and will leave a brown residue on the internal parts of the carb, a sonic cleaner usually does the trick.
