Mend Peugeot 206 Reg Started Today

whats wrong with my peugot 206?

my car is a v reg roland garros 1.6 when i started it today the engine was quite load and rough when i went to drive i had to lift the clutch up quite far for it to pull off as i changed gear it was really struggling to move when i had to stop i had to keep revs on as it was going to cut out also the exhaust sounds really loud as if its blowing can anyone help
