how can i fix my rs turbo?

hello i have a 1990 rs turbo. i am haveing problems starting it. i have had it started a few times seems to be runin fine then when i come to start it again it does not start. i have changed plugs leads dizzie and also i changed the complete wirein loom cause my fuel relay kept burnin out all that is pukka now! i have tried everything i know. does anybody have any idea of what the problem my be? thank you
