Mend Stoves G 600 SI DO Oven Cooker Programmer

How can I by-pass the programmer/cook timer on my Stoves Gas Cooker ?

My Gas Cooker Stoves G 600 SI DO main oven sometimes switches off when in use due to the cook timer setting itself (probably due to heat from the oven) I want to disconnect the clock so that it cant be set (never used anyway) I can get to it but undecided which wire to disconnect, help.
