We had a power cut and the alarm went off and now it needs a code to reset. My alarm code wont reset it and the alarm manufacture claim that they need to send out an engineer call out charge of around £100. The alarm is made by alarmfast model number 9751. Do you know how the number so I can reset the alarm myself thanks in advance!!!
You have an approved system installed by an approved company installing to the current ACPOS requirements, this is how the system works when you have any form of remote signalling.
You acknowledged to all this when you agreed and signed the contract.
