how do i fit a new light fitting to a ring circuit connection?

how do i rewire a new light fitting on a ring circuit. I have 3 earth and 2 neutral, 1 switch live and 4 red wires in ceiling. light fitting has 1 connector for each colour with a 4th connector for loop, is this where i would put all the red wiring?
