how do i use only cold water on a fisher and paykel pride model washing machine

Hot & cold inlet valves are connected inside the panel by the mixing chamber. If you only put a hose on the cold valve, the water will trickle out of the hot valve onto the floor while filling. If you only have one hose then you will have to buy a blanking cap from the store to cover the hot inlet valve. Then just select cold wash on the panel each time.
