Gilera DNA 50cc 2001 - carb problem?

as i am going along, i have to give it more and more throtle to keep it at high rev's. BUT as i do so, petrol starts poring out of the "TOP" of the carb. Once this happens, Every time i start my moped, petrol starts coming out of the top of the carb. i have taken off the bottom of the carb and can not see any problems with the main jet's "size 60", slow running jet "32".

Weird thing is, once i take the bottom of the carb off then put it back together.... Its ok for a bit... then i happens AGAIN!
