Mend Honda Carburetor Lawn Mower Engine

honda 2013 carb problems?

I must have taken some stupid pills or something like that the day I put my tractor away for the season. I left about a pint of fuel in the tank. The engine cranks fine, but wont catch. Do I have to take the carburetor apart to clean or can I just put fresh fuel in the tank.
