Mend Ariston Combi Boiler PCB Hot Water

Ariston combi boiler problem?

My Ariston combi boiler also stopped this morning. There are no lights on the front panel at all, even when the power switch is pushed in, and the pilot light is not lit. When the power switch is pushed in, there is a humming-vibrating noise but no other activity. There is no hot water at the tap and, of course, no heating. Could this be the PCB? What would the cost estimate be if it is? Thanks.

the bolier is not woeking and indicates E34 on the panel.

My heating is working but the water is only luke warm. British gas engineer has changed all the components but says it needs a power flush. Can it be something else as it was working before he replaced the thermostat. He said it might unblock itself after a few days.
