sylvania ssl2006 channel discovery every power up?

My sylvania ssl2006 goes immediately to channel discovery with every power up.
It's configured with a satellite box on the Aux 1 RCA ports.
It's on when I perform the channel discovery.
Yet, nothing sticks.

I can browse to the Aux 1 via remote or buttons independent of the channel discovery. I just want to turn off the channel discovery (and ideally come up to Aux 1 every time). It used to come up to Aux 1 every time.

It lost power and now behaves this way.
Can it be reset?
