Mend Brother KX-890 Jam Jammed Machine

carriage jam?

thanks for answering sue about my jammed carriage. The sinker plate is off and there is no yarn in the machine. I can not figure out how to move the carriage release levers..they don't seem to be as they are supposed to be. There are needles stuck in between d and e position under the carriage.

I'm sorry my reply did not help.
If it's well and truly stuck you might have to find a place that will repair/service your machine.
There are places on the Net and some advertise in Machine Knitting Monthly.
