replacing shower cord box but no instructions?

please advise me how to wire it up

D.I.Y, Switches and Sockets Shower Cord Box

red or brown live, black or blue neautral, the live an neautral from your consumer unit into IN/FEED and the live and neautral to the shower into OUT/LOAD the earths go onto the bar thar will be running around the screw holes to be honest because of the high current that a shower pulls if your unsure i would get an electrician to do it should only take him 15 mins
