Mend HP 7960 Printer Its Hp

How can i fix my printer, its a HP Photosmart 7960?

Hp Photosmart 7960. I've been through all 3 stages of jet cleaning and also recalibrated the printer. I've been back to default settings and fitted new HP cartridges but for some reason it still won't print the light magenta ink. Can you please help?
