Mend Worcester 24i Heating Pressure Safety Valve

my worcester 24i wont stop filling and keeps releasing the safety valve???

my worcester 24i won`t stop filling and over pressurising,what do i need or how can i adjust the pressure?its on a loop feed system into the central heating return pipe.help
