Mend Sylvania SMPK8854B Screen Not Work

How can you fix a sylvania screen when the calibration does not work?

I just bought the Sylvania SMPK8854B and only certian parts of the screen register touch. I can only get music to play if i press on a certian spot and try really hard to get it to work. I belive the connection may have come loose in the internal hardwear. I would like to know how to open it and re connect the line.
