Is the belt around the tension pulley? It's a small plastic wheel on the right rear of the tractor and does it put tension on the belt? If all is routed correctly and belt is to loose, check the spring that goes to tension pulley. Every spring I have to free up parts that should move freely. The tension pulley might be rusted in place or the spring is shot. Lithium spray seems to work the best. I have the same tractor. Bought as a floor model, discontinued for a great price. No manual. This is the first time after 10 years that I had to replace the drive belt (37x88).
