mobilitystairlift broken?

i have a sungift mobility stairlift which has broken down it is stuck at top of stairs help needed

dont have model no serial no is w9732611

the serial number looks like a bison bede classic, 1st check the safety switches on footplate and on main body just above track.They are spring loaded so should reset,also check rcd or fused spur supply..
