my Beko510w washer will not spin or drain?

i have a beko510w washer and it will not spin...the lights just keep flashing on the front. I have checked the child lock and its not on...i have checked for blockages and cleaned the pump. but it still will not do a spin or drain fully

remove the filter again.shine a torch in to the filter housing and you will see the drain pump impellor at the back.check to see if fluff is jammed in the impellor.common issue!
