Mend Fit Player Fitted

How can i fit a cd player in my KA?

I recently fitted a cd player into my Ka and it seemed to fit perfectly at first but now the fascia plate keeps coming loose, its as if the cd player is too heavy for it. Is there any way of securing it? Perhaps i missed something when installing it?
