Mend Baxi Optima 700 gc 47-267-09 Water Pressure Through Tap

Low Hot water outlet pressure through tap?

I am experiencing low hot water through tap and its coming out rusty. What type of heat exchanger is there on this boiler. Boiler is Optima 700 gc 47-267-09 with pilot. Could main heat exchanger be blocked? Is there a plate heat exchange which can be cleaned???
