Vivitar 220SL and 420SL?

I am a Novice…I have just acquired a Vivitar 220SL and a 420SL. I have obtained manuals for each. Other items I received…with the following notations:
1. “The M42 mount lenses read "Vivitar 50mm 1:1.8 Auto" and "Vivitar 135mm 1:2.8 Auto Telephoto" and the converter reads "Vivitar Automatic Tele Converter 2X-1"
2. LENS VIVITAR LENS INFO. PATENTS APPLIED K/AR LENS MADE ON JAPAN NO. 22634308 *58MM VIVITAR 75-205MM 1:3.8 CLOSE FOCUSING AUTO ZOOM LENS
Are these lenses interchangeable with both cameras?
I will need a flash that will fit for each camera…will any of these models works
1. 022-Vivitar 550FD Auto Thyristor Flash
2. Vivitar Auto Thyristor 2800
3. Vivitar Electronic Flash 2000
4. Vivitar 283 Flash
5. Chinon Auto S-250, Sunpak Auto 311, Popular 30THB
Other items that I have come across…will they work for me?
• Collapsible lens hood for 70-210mm 13.5 Macro Focusing Zoom Lens, AGFA Slide Viewer for 35mm slides lense hood for 1 ½” diameter lens with metal pieces with holes ….light filters?
• Weston Master II Universal Exposure Meter
What other items might I need….charger, adapter, etc?
