How can I fix my hotpoint ud471 electric fan assisted oven?

the main oven element is gone , not heating up , turn off the power, take the back off the cooker, find the main oven element, at the back" you should see the two prongs with the live , and neutral,wires , with their push on clips on to the prongs, pull them off , note were the wires go, you should be able to screw the element out, only two nuts holding it in , it will have the power rateing ect on it, for you to replace, i did mine , it was £30 for a new one , on less the wireing has come off the element , it has just gone , the grill has a different element, thats why its working , just make sure all the power is off when your checking the wireing on the element or replaceing it ,,,,,,,,
