How to fix my indicator on my Peugeot partner van as it is lite ?

How do I fix my Peugeot partner van as the right hand indicator is lite up all the time and when you turn the ignition on it does not flash and all so the side light come on as well when the ignition is turned on

Sound like a bad earth and or you are picking up a live feed from one of the other positives supplying powr to the rear lights, first check for damp,take plug off back of light and spray with wd 40 and replace
