This is a mixer tap with a hot and cold tap either side, one side is not working properly and once taken apart the inner barrel needs replacing (called a closing mechanism in the fitting instructions). This mechanism is rubber not ceramic. No-one seems to be able to help so any suggestions please. Thanks.
