Mend MX Inspiration LXI 8.5 kw Reset Stays Stuck

auto reset light stays on?

Hi I have an mx inspiration lxi 8.5 kw and the auto reset is stuck. Only flows cold and have removed the shower head to descale and still wont reset.
Any ideas?
