how to remove air filter from fiat scudo 1.9d 2001 plate?

I think you mean the manifold box on top of the engine, the filter does not have bolts it has clips.For the the manifold box once the 4 torx bolts have been removed I had to slip a longish socket bar or similiar under the box across the engine & use this to lever the four manifold tubes out of the engine with a rocking motion from front to back this takes some time due to them being a push fit ,once free the box will slide towards you I had to do this to get access to the glow plugs underneath . dont forget to remove the unit with the vacume tube fastened to the top of the engine bulkhead or this will get damaged like mine did hope this helps Terryhow
