Mend BT Studio 1100 Telephone Answering Machine Handset

How can I fix my BT Studio 1100?

At the weekend a young child got hold of one of the handsets and pressed a load of buttons. All we have displated is BASE 1 where it should read Studio 2. How do I get the phone working again?
