Mend Neff H7871 Stopped Working Normal

Neff H7871 stopped working?

I used the oven and then the microwave as per normal. then in the last 12 secs of the microwave, there was a faint burning smell and then the display and power went out. I have checked the power supply leading to the oven and that is fine. I have removed the cover, but no visible damage. Any thoughts?
