ford focus?

hi all i have a ford focus 52 plate and the front doors on both sides are sticking, when unlocked. you have to give them a right old pull to open, any advice is much appreciated thanks

get a tin of spray on grease and put tube onto nozzle and spray into lock then open and shut doors a few times might work if sticking locks through cold weather worked on my mates car
