Mend BT Decor 1200 Phone Light Flashes

BT Decor 1200?

Why doesn't my phone ring. The light on the phone flashes but there is no ringing sound.

I have this exact same problem with exactly the same model. I'm also searching for an answer. In addition, there's no sound when changing melodies.

In the menu check Ringer Volume is not set to "off" .
