Fault with sat nav ?

I have a laguna 05 plate I ried using the sat nav today it said everything as normal placed in the address etc but it said follow the arrows it was just the triangle one saying off road all the time, it wont come up with the road name or the black arrow any ideas, I did try it five time going and again later no change
