Mend Ford Focus ST170 Wrong Help Power

whats wrong with my ford focus st170 03 reg?

plesae help my 03 ford focus seems to lose power when i put the car into third gear the reves go staight up to 3000 revs makes a noise that sounds like being to heavy on the accelerator then loses power takes its time to speed up. thank you
