Mend Worcester Danesmoor 12 14 Heating Engineer

Worcester Danesmoor 12 14 blowing mains fuse?

I have just had my Worcester Danesmoor 12 14 seviced and it now goes wrong every week. It now will not even turn on and blows the mains fuse every time I try to switch on. Engineer is no help as he doesn't know what is causing it and now says I need a new boiler. Can anyone help with ideas PLEASE.
