How do I reset my optima g3? Locked out after testing smoke detector?

Tested my smoke detector using smoke in a can. Works fine but I'm now locked out with zone 7 (led display) continually lit. Panel responds to keys pressed but will not activate using user codes. Know engineer code but don't know how to reset it. Can anyone help?

no joy on cleaning the sensor and omitting the zone. Still locked out I'm afraid

smoke alarm activates the alarm. Its not bleeping but I'll vacuum the sensor and try omitting the zone

dose your smoke alarm set the alarm off when it goes off, if so you may have to wate until the smoke alarm resets itself or might be faulty is it still bleeping every couple of minuites try and omit zone 7 and see if you can set the alarm or not, getting a hoover and vacume the inside of the smoke alarm might be a good idea it might be very dusty and not resetting properly

Tried pressing reset 3 times. strobe not flashing outside. Only lights lit on panel are power, zone 7 and day

hi have you tried pressing reset 3 times and also is the strobe light fashing outside and what other lights are on is their a TAMPER LIGHT ON
